Since 2015

Life Is Sweet by Lauren Nicole was founded in 2015. Growing up my mother and I would love to bake for the holidays and for occasions. This is something I wanted to keep going. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2008. I went on to work at the Water Club with an amazing Pastry Chef that taught me so much. Chef Victoria Love took me under her wing and showed me how to become a great chef. I worked at a few other bakeries as I kept building confidence in myself. In 2015 I started a journey of making cakes for family and friends.  My dream was coming true, the more the years passed the better my product has become. I work very hard to make sure all our products are perfect.
